Swing Set Installation & Delivery

Triumph Play Systems offers installation on our customizable swing sets from our warehouse in Massachusetts to many areas of the northeast. We also offer delivery on all of our products to these locations. For customers outside the northeast, we offer freight shipping and have installer references in many areas of the United States. And for the DIY customer, we have detailed directions for self-installation.

Triumph Play Systems does not offer installation on the Wonder Collection of cedar play sets. This collection is designed for easy self-installation, by a homeowner, with basic tools such as a screw gun and hammer. If you are looking to buy a Wonder Play Set, but don't feel comfortable installing it, your local handy man should easily be able to assemble it for you.

Triumph Play Systems Online Purchases

(Small items, Swings, Accessories, etc) Online Purchases may be returned within 30 days. Items should be returned in original condition with a copy of the packing slip. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as a gift. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. Shipping and/or Installation costs will not be refunded unless the item(s) is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective, Please call (978) 827-6330 for a return authorization number.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return. Please send the item in its original packaging if possible and pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. Include a copy of the packing slip. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received. Shipping Policy

(Small items, Swings, Play Set Accessories) Shipping Your Order: We make every effort to ship your order in 1 to 2 business days. In most cases it will go out the same day. Standard orders will typically arrive in 5 to 7 working days. This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed. Back orders, if not specified, out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and shipped immediately when made available. Credit cards will not be charged until item(s) are shipped.

Freight Policy

(Swing Sets and other large items) Each Swing Set is made to order in our factory. We make every effort to ship your order in 2 to 3 weeks. Orders most be paid in full before we can ship your order. The purchased Playground Equipment will be shipped via Common Carrier aka “Freight Carrier”. The Freight Carrier will not be responsible for an exact delivery time or the unloading of items. It is advised that two able-bodied people (capable of lifting 50 pounds or more each) be present at the time of delivery due to the size and weight of some items. Noticeable damage incurred during shipping, if any, should be noted on the shipping invoice at the time of delivery. If, for any reason, purchaser refuses shipment, return freight cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items will be credited to purchaser, less all freight charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
