The playset is finally assembled, and I wanted to let you know it looks amazing! It was well worth the wait and the kids *love* it. We are so pleased with the quality of the materials, the beautiful wood, and the sturdiness of the finished product. Jaclyn, Michael and his partner did a great job yesterday, although we missed you. They were really racing against nature, finishing in the dark. But they got it done. They have been passing many rocks up and down in the buckets—important work! But I have to say, the part I think I might enjoy the most is the picnic table!! I actually thought I was getting a child size table, and in the last couple of weeks I was regretting that a bit. When my friends have come over to use the new set, the big thing we have been missing is seating. And I was thinking it would have made more sense to get an adult size table. Not to mention, the small children’s table from the previous set survived the storm—which I hadn’t realized while the tree was still on it. But I didn’t want to bother you by changing my order so late in the game. So, I am pleasantly surprised that the table is full size! And it is really beautifully made!! Now it really does feel like a park...with our own private bathrooms and places to nap and a fridge! What could be better? I just want to stay home. Thank you again. Maryanne
Jaclyn, Wanted to thank you for your great service. The set is awesome. We will send you some pics once we finish putting the gravel down. We have had some rain delays, but I managed to get everything but the ground cover and lighting in before Christmas morning. I posted a review to the site, not sure if you have seen it. The kids love it, and my 4 year old has already conquered the rock wall. The build went very smoothly. The quality and precision were excellent. Everything fit exceptionally well. A couple of things I would suggest would be to add a square and a couple of 8” clamps to the tools needed list. The clamps came in handy for the roof and the slim/slams (especially since I was building it alone). The square was probably not necessary given the accuracy of the slim/slam connectors, but I am a beat of a freak when it comes to things like that. I can see if something is off level or out of square by less than a 1/16” of an inch. All in, it took me 20 hours to build the set including pouring a concrete anchor for the rope ladder since I changed the position such that it did not attach to the ladder. Best regards, A.J.

You would not believe! She was so excited, I could barely get her in the house for dinner- and immediately after dinner, she asked if she could go back on the swing set! Dear Jaclyn and Michael, Thank you for coming to install the swingset on Saturday afternoon. It was such a special part of my daughter's birthday party on Sunday and made all the little girls very happy. My daughter had a dress-up princess party and at her request we dressed up the swingset too. It became Rapunzel's tower and the little girls had so much fun playing in, under and on it. There were plenty of activities to keep all 6 girls engaged in swinging spinning climbing and imaging for so long that we didn't even have time to finish the planned party activities. I have to tell you, the playset has been a hit this first year! Our son and our neighbors' kid used it hard this past summer. We even went out a few weeks ago and Gavin did some sliding down the slide into a snow pile and enjoyed swinging a little bit! You can certainly pass on my email to your potential customer. Here's what I posted to DC Urban Moms list serve: Knowing word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising I wanted to share a great customer service experience I had with Triumph Play Systems. I am not connected with it in any way. If you are looking for a great play structure / fort or even just plain old fashion stand alone swing set I would highly recommend Triumph (cedarplaysets.com) 1-800-998-3599. I looked and compared prices online which I found not be straight forward and very gimmicky. I trekked out to area showrooms and was very disappointed with the quality of sets sold at places like Lowes & Costco. Triumph is by a young "mom and pop" couple who live in PA. She handles sales, prices are clear, he's a former builder/contractor and does the design part. They travel together on the weekends and do the installation themselves. This company is also great if you need a somewhat custom swing set or fort or have a small space to work with like I did. The wood is 100% Natural Northern White Cedar, it's free of chemicals and is beautiful. The sets are very similar to "CedarWorks.com" but you get a lot more bang for your buck with Triumph. Erin

We purchased a swingset from you a few years ago for the use of our foster children. We have enjoyed so many great times with our foster children on it. The design that you helped us with turned out to be the perfect fit for our girls, including the one who is autistic. We learned yesterday that we will no longer be foster parents because we will be adopting these foster children soon. Now that we have a permanently larger family we need a larger home. Hi Jaclyn – Wanted to share a quick story about Jack & Avery’s playsystem. We had a delivery recently from a store near us that makes unique picnic benches and this store also sells their own line of swing sets, etc. When they delivered and setup the picninc table, the sales guy was quite amazed at your cedar product! Hi Jaclyn - Thanks for the email. I was actually planning to email you, but you beat me to it! The reveal was a little soggy. We wanted to take him right outside, but by the time they got home, it was raining. So we ate dinner, and the rain stopped for about an hour. We grabbed a towel and ran out and played a bit, even though it was miserable. He absolutely loves it. He can't do the rock wall, rope ladder, or trapeze just yet, but he likes his swing, the ladder, and swing (not to mention the wheel and telescope). The nice thing is, he has features to grow into, which should keep him interested. Both our parents were impressed. Sarah's were into the "beauty" and my parents were into the "construction". I've attached a few pictures. Number 1 is priceless. It is the original sprint out to the swingset...his face is just awesome! He is quite happy in all of them! I will put some pictures on your facebook page. I may try to snap a couple more this week when the sun is out. The first pics are nice, but the weather puts a damper on things. I do have a question. Not sure about this, but I've thought about it since the first time he climbed into the clubhouse. Would it be possible to take the rock wall off and get a wall panel. I think it will take him awhile to work up to the rock wall, but he goes over by it and I don't want to see him fall. I was trying to figure out how to deal with it, and thought it could be a possibility. Hope you enjoy the pics! Jon
Thanks so much for the great job you did on the custom sandbox cover you made for me! I used the cover over a frame I built for the sandbox and it turned out nice. The play area now looks much better as you can see in the pictures. This will work much better than the tarp I had before. It was nice to get it before the weekend so I could finish the project. I just wanted to thank you and your husband for everything. We finally finished putting the swing set together on Easter Sunday, and it looks great! It was a HUGE hit with everyone, not just the kids (even my dad tried it out), and it's all my girls talk about as soon as they wake up in the morning. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that we have the play set all set-up already! It took us (mostly my husband) about 8-10 hours to install. My son loves it and he calls it his "home". I have to bring dinner to him outside so he can eat there. He plays until it is pitch dark and I have to force him to come inside! The play-set is really nice and it was very easy to put together.
